There is no set up fee, monthly fee, or other cost associated with creating your Featured Profile. The only charge to you is when we deliver phone interviewed, qualified customers that are ready for bids on their solar project.

You'll be asked to fund your account with a budget you feel comfortable testing (minimum of $500 to begin) as a prepayment for your first group of customer referrals. Once you see the quality you can continue to fund your account to generate the number of referrals that's best for you. Payment is made by credit card via your secure account login.

Your initial deposit is fully refundable if you're unsatisfied for any reason.

Once you register with Cooler Planet, your Featured Profile will be live within 1 business day after your account is created and you'll be eligible for customer referrals from your area immediately.

1. Request an Interview - Consumers can fill out a detailed project description, and request an interview with a member of the Cooler Planet staff to help them get pointed in the right direction on their project – Provided they're qualified and the project is a go, we make in introduction to our partner companies.
2. Browse the Directory - Consumers can browse our Solar Directory to find Featured Listings for providers in their area and request contact specifically from desired companies. We still complete the same phone interview to ensure that customers are qualified and well prepared before we make the introduction to you.

You get to decide what types of solar projects and from which areas are best for your company and you'll only receive customers that match your exact criteria.

We conduct interviews with the customers we send to our partners and ask them to evaluate the service they received from each company. Over time this develops into an "Installer Score" that helps us determine the installers in the network that are doing the best job, and which ones we should send more customers to in the future.

Part of the value we provide to solar customers is that we introduce them to multiple companies to get different bids and ideas on the project. The maximum number of companies we'll introduce any customer to is three. This gives the customer a few options to consider for their project, but also ensures you'll have a great opportunity to win every deal.

Cooler Planet will create your featured profile based on the information you provide to us as well as information from your website. You have the option to change, edit, or updated your profile at any time by contacting us.

No, a website is not required to join the Cooler Planet Network. We will however need you to provide background on your company to create your Featured Listing and a logo to use the for Directory. Also, you'll need an email address that you check several times per day to ensure prompt follow up with our customers.

You'll have access to a history of all the customer referrals you've been received through Cooler Planet within your secure online account login. You can track results and keep tabs on your progress. Also, you'll have the ability to manage your payment preferences and update your contact and company information as well.
